Introduction
Wheat starch is made from processed flour, by washing away the gluten, precipitating the liquid flour and filtering the water, drying the wet flour and crushing it. Features: white, smooth surface, protein content of less than 0.5%. Wheat starch is mainly used as tackifier, gel, masking agent or stabilizer in food. In addition to direct use, wheat starch is an indispensable ingredient in high standards restaurants, hotels and home cooking and snacks. It can be used in starch sugar industry and is raw material of producing jelly, silk noodles, fried rice, frozen dumplings, biscuits, instant noodles, ham sausage and ice cream raw materials. In addition, it has been widely used in chemical industry and paper industry.
